Gautam has more than two decades of experience managing broad market multi-sector fixed income strategies for large institutional and mutual fund clients.

Previously, Gautam served as head of US multi-sector fixed income at Insight Investment, where he oversaw the growth and management of more than $18 billion in assets and established and managed the firm’s highly ranked flagship fixed income strategies, Core Plus and Select Income. Prior to Insight, he was managing director for portfolio management at Cutwater Asset Management, where he was one of the key principals involved in the sale of Cutwater to Insight (and where the strategies were initiated). Gautam was also previously a member of the high-yield team at TimesSquare Capital Management, where he focused on credit management for CBOs as well as high-yield total-return accounts.

Gautam holds a BS in accounting and economics with honors from RIT and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
