Jeremy practiced as an attorney based in the Asia-Pacific region for more than two decades before joining Arena. He has considerable experience in structuring and working out complex credit situations for a range of credit funds including loan-to-own structures, special situations lending, and emerging markets transactions. Jeremy’s experience spans most Asia-Pacific jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Japan, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Thailand. Immediately before joining Arena, Jeremy was full-time of counsel in the Singapore office of Chicago-based global law firm Sidley Austin, where he worked with credit funds throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a BSc in environmental chemistry from the University of Sydney.
