Managing Director, Quaestor Capital Markets (Arena Financial Services)
Mitch is a seasoned financial markets professional and former CFO with more than 20 years of experience and team leadership across sales, marketing, and product management in banking, asset finance, derivatives, and structured products. He leads the structured finance division of Quaestor Capital Markets, part of Arena Financial Services.
In previous roles, Mitch was a managing director at Morgan Stanley (New York), Deutsche Bank (New York), and Bank of America (London and New York). During the 2008 financial crisis, he focused on originating and evaluating distressed opportunities for Garrison Investment Group, a debt-focused fund manager. More recently, he helped build and served as CFO and board member of Factor Cloud (formerly BAMFi), a technology-driven specialty finance company that served the logistics and construction industries. Under his leadership, Factor Cloud was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies among the Inc. 5000. Mitch began his career as a CPA at KPMG.
Mitch holds a BSc in accounting from Florida State University and an MBA in international finance from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Florida State University College of Business Board of Advisors.
